The waste tire pyrolysis plant is decomposed into oil vapor by high temperature pyrolysis technology, and the oil vapor enters the cooling system through the oil gas separator, wherein the oil flows to the oil tank, and the pyrolysis gas passes through water seal to the gas recovery system to become the main furnace fuel. Realize continuous production. Equipment advantages: 1.The tire fragments are transported to the micro-negative pressure continuous pyrolysis system through the conveyor belt and other series for pyrolysis. combustion, providing reaction heat for the entire production system and achieving energy self-sufficiency.
3.After the high-temperature oil and gas are cooled into a liquid state by the spray condensation system, they pass through the oil and gas separation and recovery device, and finally enter the oil tank for storage.
4.The carbon black and pyrolysis steel wire are first recovered by cooling devices such as screw conveyors, and the recovered carbon black and steel wires are stored in storage tanks. Later, the carbon black and pyrolysis steel wires can be separated by magnetic separation and other devices. Of recycling.
