 HUAYIN waste pyrolysis oil to diesel recycling is the chemical engineering processes and other facilities used in oil refineries to distills the incoming pyrolysis oil and waste oil into useful products such as diesel oil and fuel oils, gasoline or petrol, jet fuel, etc.

 The raw material would be kinds of waste oil, tire oil, plastic oil, waste engine oil, lubricate oil.

And the output is heavy diesel. It can be used into trucks, tractors, and big diesel generators.

 1. For water, it is used in two parts. In the cooling system, all the water is recycling, some water is evaporate due to high temperature, in some times, we just need to add water, no water emission. In the dedust system, the water is recycling, too.Due to the chemical reaction, the water is cleaned in the pool and recycled to dust removing device. No water emission.

2. About the gas, it includes two parts. First is the syngas, it is recycled to the furnance for heating, no emission. Another is the smoke, it is caused by the heating material. And it is clearned by water in the dedust system.NO emission, too.

3. About the carbon black, we do the futher process and our discharging system is fully closed, no slag flies out.No slag emission.

4. About the noise , we design draft fan with low noise and make it under international standard.

we use one 40'FR container to load the reactor, and use the 40'HQ containers to load the cooling device, dedust device and some small parts. The reacor is about 9200m *33400mm*31700mm. It is doable to take 40FR. It is over width and over height.  And Our integrity cooling device is designed to meet 40HQ size and it is easy to ship and move the site place.
